Amandeep leads B2B partnerships, business development, operations, commercial planning and project execution at ROARGANIC. His role focuses on building and managing client relationships while coordinating the commercial and operational journey from product development through production and delivery. He oversees product costing and commercial feasibility, vendor and client coordination, production execution and order fulfilment.
Valisha leads business and product strategy, product conceptualisation and design, product development, market and material R&D, sourcing, prototyping and sampling, and manufacturing planning at ROARGANIC. Her role focuses on shaping ideas into well-developed, production-ready products — bringing together market understanding, materials, design, functionality and manufacturing considerations from concept through development.
